1/200 British Airways Boeing 747-200 (Flight 9 Special Edition)


On 24th June, 1972, British Airways Flight 9 (Boeing 747-200, G-BDXH) flew into a cloud of volcanic ashes, all her 4 engines stopped in flight. Luckily, the crew managed to land the crippled bird safely in Jakarta. 

This model is officially licensed by British Airways decorating the BA9 incident. It features all metal wings and fuselage, 3D antennas and a collector’s coin. Limited edition.
